Smoking is an extreme problem in Polk County, so my group decided to show everyone whats been going on to their body as they smoke. Our project consists of two lungs and a trachea. The lungs have a wire frame and mesh to cover it up, then there is plaster to make the lungs look more 3-D, we made the lungs pinkish black to make sure people knew that is what the color of their lungs would look like.

My project of making a video on the band Glass House Point took place in the back room of Mr. Wozniaks classroom. My project can best be described as a music video. Even though I was in a studio that was titled Public Service Anouncements I felt that this was an announcement that served the public in the form of music. The song Dylan Graham plays in my music video is called Heaven and he has performed this song with his band all across Florida at various shows and festivals. The problem that I was hoping to address when I started this project was to help Glass House Point get more recognition for their music. My solution was this video that they could use to help get the word out. I was the only member on this project which made editing and creating this video very difficult.

About our project, When we first choose to do PSA which is about protect the animals; and then we learn from other PSA that half animal and half human face. Actually we had done of works, but other teacher suggested that we need to do some poster. So that we change the idea to do poster, we had a little trouble which are image processing and find Information. But we are actively to overcome them, we find thoes information from each websides, and we use photoshop to make the picture changed.

ANIMAL ABUSE in POLK COUNTY

The problem was that there are too many people dying from and getting lung cancer. So our group decided to make a pair of lungs and trachea that looked like it was effected by smoking. We started off doing a hangman poster made out of cigarettes and put a statistic about smoking. The Cigarettes were shown that they kill. Then we switched to lungs and we started with wire then put mesh and plaster all over it. we painted it and put it on a stand.

The problem we addressed was the problem of smoking in Polk County. Too many people smoke and are harming their health so we decided to try and put a stop to it by making a Public Service Announcement to pursuade them to stop smoking.

We first had the idea to make a few posters to address the severity of smoking and the harm it causes to your health. We were then advised to take a different route and do something more out of the box. 

We then changed the direction of our project and decided to make a 3D pair of sickly lungs that we made out of a wire frame with mesh and then formed and shaped with plaster. We then painted the lungs with pink and gray paint to show how lungs look when you smoke. We mounted the lungs onto a stand and played a bluetooth speaker playing the sound of someone breathing who smokes.
